Colour harmony

Colour harmony is simply something that is pleasing to the eye.. something that engages the viewer. The opposite of colour harmony is something that is unpleasing to the eye in terms of being to chaotic or bland. After reading into the psychological side to colour I found out that the human brain will reject under-stimulating information as it rejects what it cannot organise/understand. Colour harmony basically creates interest visually as well as a sense of order.
