When I first seen the brief 'Heroes and Villains' I was quite excited although slightly nervous. I was excited to experiment with a range of different techniques - in terms of creating a self portrait image of myself in the style of someone else. However I was quite nervous whether the images would turn out like the images I chose, also I was quite worried to portray myself as someone else (and get away with the viewer thinking the photograph was the icon/villain I had chosen).
I had no idea at first what I was going to recreate as my 'Hero/Villain' image so I took some books from the library and began researching online..
