First Shoot

I decided to shoot some of my childhood teddys, mainly because they are personal to me. However, they do not hold a lot of significance to myself except from having them for many years.
I was not pleased with the outcome of this studio shoot as I found that my photographs are quite boring and do not shot much depth personally.
In my next shoot I aim to portray photographs with a deeper personal meaning and change the lighting.
This photograph was taken using the Hasselblad camera on a black background and glass; I edited the shot slightly by burning out the line of glass you could see behind the teddys. I found it a lot more difficult shooting still life and getting really close up to the subject, whereas I found portraits using the Hasselblad a lot easier with a moving subject and not working as close-up.

Here you can see dust marks on the glass which has shown up on the photograph; this is a problem I need to prevent rather than edit out on photoshop. I need to pay attention to detail whilst working with the Hasselblad doing close-up shots.
